Slackwater

Adjacent to the INDUSTRY SLC campus in the Granary District of Salt Lake City sits the new home of Slackwater Pizza. A local favorite for the Salt Lake and Odgen areas, this entity's third location anchors the INDUSTRY campus, providing food, drink, and fun. The existing structure was salvaged, and new walls were infilled with reclaimed brick and large openings to provide daylight and fresh air to patrons. Garage doors allow free flow from interior to exterior, and a simple interior palette allows the focus to stay on the great food and extensive beer list. Large steel plant trellis' give the patio a playful, oasis-like vibe, while community fire pits provide more intimate gathering spaces for patrons to enjoy drinks or wait for their tables. Slackwater's new home caters to all types of occasions, whether it be business lunches, post-work get-togethers, or family dinners.
