INDUSTRY SLC
INDUSTRY Salt Lake City is an adaptive reuse modern office space located in the Granary District of downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. What was once a 1907 iron and steel foundry is now an approximately 300,000 SF multi-tenant creative office space that includes; shared conference rooms, kitchens, an event space, an interior courtyard, and a public café.
In ultimate respect for the building's history, lofted ceilings and streaming natural light is juxtaposed with the geometric-shaped hallways and offices, creating a non-linear experience for visitors and tenants.
This project showcases how one building can transform and be a catalyst for significant community impact. INDUSTRY SLC welcomes back the citizens of the Salt Lake Valley to the Granary District.
