Billboard Building

Having lived many lives, from an art studio, an automotive shop to a gym, this building stands proud in its new life as a retail hall. The Billboard Building stands as the new gateway to the upcoming Post District, featuring two massive backlit steel screens that catch the eye of drivers passing by along 6th S. With half of the whole city block revitalized through adaptive reuse and the other half as ground-up mixed-use, the retail hall adds an amenity to the neighborhood, providing space for shoppers and makers alike. The building is just under 11,000 SF, with most elements and materials retained. The addition of projecting steel elements brings a contemporary feel to the building, while the prominent, oversized windows invite light and visibility into the space.
