Barrel Building

Aptly named for its barrel-truss roof, the Barrel Building is located in the Post District neighborhood and serves as space for a restaurant or bar. Sweeping arched windows tucked into brick salvaged from a former bank give the building a classic presence among its more modern adjacencies. Its location allows for views of the Post District public plaza and its own dedicated patio. The patio provides multi-level space for additional dining areas with vegetation, varied seating, and space for screening of movies, videos, or digital art. Festoon lighting overhead brings a cozy glow for evenings on the patio with family and friends.

The Annex Building sits diagonally to the Barrel Building. This 1,000 SF gem has a main floor, mezzanine, and a dedicated patio that provides the perfect setting for a more intimate "boutique"-style establishment. The steel-wrapped windows punch the facade and allow for streaming natural light.
